As Manager, Equity, Gender & Youth – Field Building Lead and Co-Lead of CIFF’s Anti-racism and DEI Working Group at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), I led CIFF’s funder and field engagement approach for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and worked to enhance the integration of equity approaches and diverse voices across CIFF's people.

Oversee the implementation of an invite-only Fund that focuses on providing small and flexible seed grants to organizations and individual advocates who are uprooting oppression, transforming systems, expanding access and ensuring justice for women and girls.

• Lead the development and implementation of the Girls Not Brides strategy in Africa to ensure delivery of the 2017 -2020 Partnership strategy
• Responsible for Africa specific external representation so as to strengthen Girls Not Brides role as a thought leader and convener of civil society working on ending child marriage
• Provide strategic thinking within the Girls Not Brides secretariat as a member of the Advisory Management Team
• Define the engagement with Pan-African institutions and accountability mechanisms
• Provide technical assistance to key actors and partners including governments
• Manage Girls Not Brides Africa Team staff and country budgets

Working with organizations to improve their capacity in advocacy, programming on women's rights, financial sustainability and resource mobilization. I also provide support in proposal writing and report writing for civil society organizations.

- Managing the Advocacy projects at FEMNET on the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW), the African Union (AU), Solidarity of African Women’s’ Rights (SOAWR), Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Peace and Security and Post 2015- Enabling the African women’s movement to develop and use regional and international policy frameworks in.

- Coordinating the 'African Women Leaders Initiative' Project which will focus on women champions working on SRHR Advocacy in Africa.- Preparing funding agreements for administering small grants at national level.- Facilitating networking between women leaders, MAs and relevant stakeholders such as World YWCA and Women Lawyers Associations- Developing and.

- Work under the supervision of the Gender and Sexual Rights Advisor to deliver the GRS Strategy for the Africa Regional Office.- Liasing with FGAE(Ethiopia) and AHI(Nigeria) in preparations for the 4th Africa Conference on Sexual Health and Rights to be held in Addis, Feb 8-12 2010

Worked under the Officer in Charge (OIC) at UNDP- DDC to ensure that gender issues were integrated into all programme areas.

Worked under the Acting director, Empowerment Unit on issues of gender and people living with disabilities.
