Provided expert subject matter support, take ownership for the leave and disability cases, respond to questions, as soon as possible; offer a holistic approach to managing the case with the employee to earn their trust. DALI requires me to be curious about, the task I receive, and how that task relates to the case. I interpret and audit information about the LOA case, and it is a crucial part of position, and helping the employee to understand, and guide them through the LOA, is critical. I have learned to think big and incorporate federal, state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act) and work that within Amazon Policies. I follow the “deep dive” approach in researching the case information, to guide the employee The goal is to maintain appropriate contact through all associates on leave and become customer obsessed I work with the accommodation team, to provide modified duty information, or help with a JAR, for an employee. DALI allows me to be right a lot, to ensure I follow the task for the employee, and make the case successful from start to the Close. The incomplete documents, or nothing received does not waste my time, I use deep dives, and moved to reaching out to the employee via Conga. Conga allows me to explain what I need to the employee via a preset email and eliminates the time delays. My goal through the cases, is to provide the highest standards of working, to ensure I get them from LOA to back at work, in a minimal time frame. The team I was assigned to work with, completed 24,200 cases in 9 months, we provided outstanding performance to ensure the employees, received understanding, respect and comfort during their LOA and back to work comfort. Payroll processing for the EE, as well ask working closely with Hartford Insurance of LTD, and Sedgewick on Worker’s Compensation cases.
