I interpret and audit information about the LOA case, and it is a crucial part of position, and helping the employee to understand, and guide them through the LOA, is critical.  I have learned to think big and incorporate federal, state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act) and work that within Amazon Policies. I follow the “deep dive” approach in researching the case information, to guide the employee  The goal is to maintain appropriate contact through all associates on leave and become customer obsessed I work with the accommodation team, to provide modified duty information, or help with a JAR, for an employee.  DALI allows me to be right a lot, to ensure I follow the task for the employee, and make the case successful from start to the Close. The incomplete documents, or nothing received does not waste my time, I use deep dives, and moved to reaching out to the employee via Conga. Conga allows me to explain what I need to the employee via a preset email and eliminates the time delays. My goal through the cases, is to provide the highest standards of working, to ensure I get them from LOA to back at work, in a minimal time frame. The team I was assigned to work with, completed 24,200 cases in 9 months, we provided outstanding performance to ensure the employees, received understanding, respect and comfort during their LOA and back to work comfort. Payroll processing for the EE, as well ask working closely with Hartford Insurance of LTD, and Sedgewick on Worker’s Compensation cases.
