I am a Senior Executive with more than 20 year's experience. Passionate, delivery focused, and a lover of leading people, I have a track record of building highly motivated, diverse and results led teams. This has enabled me to achieve outstanding outcomes in strategic, technical, governance, stakeholder engagement and executive leadership roles. My current focus is contributing to purposeful change.I am proud to have been recently awarded the prestigious WeQual 2024 Asia- Pacific Sustainability Leader. This award recognises my thought leadership and delivery of global climate and emissions reductions. This includes collaborations with the United Nations International Methane Observatory (UN IMEO & UNEP), International Energy Agency (IEA), Methane Guiding Principles and senior executives across global oil and gas organisations. I am also a Non-Executive director of the CO2CRC, the premier carbon sequestration research and innovation organisation in Australia, and the CEO of RentalBay.I have extensive experience in operating businesses and strategy design and developments, including leading one of Australia's largest natural gas industrial production facilities; with revenue of $2 to 3 billion/annum, with operating expenditure of $300 million/annual, 300 employees, and up to 1000 reports.My leadership approach is authentic and approachable.
