Total annual contract values grown from $2M to over $35M.o Manage annual operating planned revenue, drive forecasting and budgeting and optimize costs to manage P&L targets. Address all infrastructure needs of the Honolulu branch office including lease negotiations, procurement, telecom & data systems design and deployment.o Design and launch multiple customer programs across the State of Hawaii including customer acquisition, software platform deployment and end-use device integrations, management of call center teams, and field operations.Oversight of field operations to install customer-sited devices including 60,000 controllers for smart grid control on homes, 20,000 smart meters, and 50 commercial control systems in large commercial facilities.
