Accounting Business Partner
Current- Enter and track accounts payables for multiple practices.- Reconcile bank accounts for multiple practices. - Reconcile daily and monthly revenue. - In depth Profit and Loss analysis.- General accounting such as posting bank entries, journal entries, and prepaid expenses.- Support practices with all financial transactions, including filing personal property tax, as well as renewing memberships and licences. - Routinely review General Ledger and Chart of Accounts for accuracy. - In depth review of quarterly inventory and cost review for multiple practices.- Provide web based training sessions regarding financial reporting at the practice level.- Import Accounts Payable using data files.- Support Practice Managers and Medical Directors in all aspects of accounting and finance. - File Sales Tax with appropriate government entities in multiple states.
