Senior Activation Specialist
CurrentResponsible for activating current corporate partnership agreements and fulfilling contractual assets. Additionally, supporting the corporate sales team with generating revenue. Working collaboratively with other departments to prepare and execute activation plans and deliver effective results to partners, maximize profitability, and ensure growth and retention of all corporate partnerships. Proactively look to enhance marketing initiatives with sponsors and connect them to other partners to create meaningful relationships. - Manage a book of business featuring partnerships such as KeyBank, Molson Coors, Funko POP!, Western Washington Toyota Dealers, Columbia Dist., Hempler's Food Group, Casamigos, Great Clips, etc.- Activated a best in class top tier clientele event for KeyBank known as KeyBank Chalk Talk for over 40+ guests- Served as an auxiliary coordinator for the 2023 MLB All-Star Game (July 10, 2023) - Signage Liaison for Partnership Team- Concourse Signage Liaison - Communicate Closely with MLB on all TV visible signage approvals- Created artwork for four (4) outfield wall signs that are seen during all home games, non game day events, and televised games- Created Foul Line Artwork - Created Handbooks and Recaps for Proof of Performance Reviews- Hometown Nine Mentor (The Hometown Nine is a five-year commitment to nine incoming eighth-graders in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. The program provides financial, academic, professional, and social support to Hometown Nine Fellows to encourage success in their athletic careers and educational journeys. Mariners Care, the official nonprofit foundation of the Seattle Mariners, underwrites the playing fees for elite baseball and softball training, offering Hometown Nine Fellows equitable access to competitive play. In conjunction with athletic support, each Fellow is paired with a Mariners Front Office staff who serve as mentors. They meet quarterly to provide academic and professional guidance.)
