Roles and responsibilities• Reporting to the head of Commercial Operations.• Record keeping and tracking of agents’ sales activities• Implementation of the Company’s Product and Sales strategy• Resource planning and allocation• Service delivery to sales agents• Foster positive relative between agents and the company• Act as the contact person for the sales agents• Research and innovate seamless processes for agents• Sales budget management • Recruiting and retaining sales agents.• Training and development of the sales agents• Monitor performance of sales agents• Maintain unit structure that is sufficient to meet sales targets and its objectives• Ensuring access to training and development opportunities on a regular basis

• Reporting to the Head of Credit.• Daily tracking of loan payments made by clients.• Daily tracking of the collection officers’ client feedback, client interactions and targeted calls per day.• Daily follow ups on clients to ensure timely loan repayment.• Daily update of the day’s collections to the head of credit• Analyze, review and do a final monthly submission report of clients with active loans for positive and Non-Performing Loans for negative listing at the Credit Reference Bureau. • Receipting and reconciliation of loan payments to clients’ accounts.• Monthly submission of receipting report to Finance team.• Weekly review of collections performance• Monthly submission of updated streaming balances to the External Debt Collectors (EDC)• Monthly reporting of EDC’s collection report.• Daily payments confirmations for the EDCs portfolios• Responding to clients’ queries and issues regarding their loan accounts, receipting and CRB updates• Daily update report at Credit Reference Bureau for clients with paid up loans (CRB updates)• Management of online non-performing loan• Monitoring of entire Overall Loan Book portfolio for default cases. • Performing other related duties required by management
