Yvonne Bailey is an experienced PA at Berwick Partners, joining the company in 2015. With over 20 years’ of expertise, she provides essential support to our Chief of Staff Debbie Sutton, as well as executive search consultants Richard Guest, Aemilia Lovatt, and Alka Gandhi. Prior to Berwick Partners, Yvonne held senior PA roles at Deloitte and Cobbetts LLP. Yvonne’s role encompasses organising diaries, arranging appointments, and producing documents with precision. Her excellent communication skills enable effective liaising with clients, candidates, and stakeholders. She is also an active member of the Odgers Menopause Group, promoting inclusivity within the organisation.In a fast paced environment, I leverage my common sense and down to earth approach to navigate constant changes and high-pressure situations. My adaptability, quick decision making, and effective time management skills honed through life experiences, enable me to stay calm under pressure.
