Everyone has a story. Mine is about passion, dedication and success.The first ten years of my career were dedicated to test engineering, product engineering, product marketing and business development in Motorola Semiconductor. Not only did I enjoy my work there, but I also grew from it, learning the culture of a giant corporation. During my role as the product marketing manager responsible for a series of newly developed semiconductor integrated circuits (ICs), those ICs were designed, produced and sold in billions of units to pagers, cellular phones and televisions of the world’s top brand names in the 90s, including Motorola, Ericsson, Siemens, LG and more.In the next 10 years, 32 colleagues and I established our own semiconductor company, Solomon Systech, a completely new brand name in the industry to design, develop and sell display ICs. Within 5 years, we sold several hundred million units of IC and got the company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board. Since then, I have extended my capabilities to corporate communications, built a renowned brand name in the worldwide display market, as well as won numerous international and local awards for the company.In 2014, a new and exciting business opportunity in network marketing sparked my interest. During the following two years of being a network marketing professional, I worked with multinational partners and became a core team member in Lyconet's Asia Pacific region. I explored new industry sectors and learnt new skills which not only enriched my marketing experience, but also my life.2016 has marked a new page for my career. Inspired by a passion towards healthy living, I dedicate myself to start Growgreen, a new business combining advanced technology and modern agriculture to benefit every person. Throughout my life, I have been driven by my passion and commitment to achieving the best. Because of this, my story has been one of success, in whichever area I put my heart and mind to.
