• Answer Customer Security Assurance related customer calls / emails/ voice mails and gather information to determine if Comcast subscriber is in violation of Comcast Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. • Investigate, document and resolve abuse and fraud-related security issues received via telephone, e-mail or escalation from Comcast call centers. Review and update Commercial Services customer accounts using company acceptable database tools. • Answer incoming calls via ASPECT telephone system in a timely and professional manner.

Examine and verify Individual Tax Accounts for errors and either accept, correct or reject for processing in accordance with Federal Tax Guidelines.Answer taxpayer questions that come in via a nationwide telephone systemAdjust Amended Tax Returns for various tax years in accordance with Federal Tax Guidelines.Accept calls from the Criminal Investigation Hotline and submit reports based on information supplied.
