■ According to the requietment of headoffice, supporting the BD leader to make a annual plan■ According to the annual plan，implementation the plan。■ Manage all the contract of lease (National regional)■ Estimate the project (such as location, price rate, etc), to provide the related information to other department■ Follow up all the project till the store opening■ Support the other department about preliminary work (such as staff, goods, logistics)■ To co-operate the opening promotion with the shopping-mall■ Responsible for the account payable of rent and coordinate with the Finance Department for AP&AR affairs■ Responsible for the operations, good relationship with leasing partner
