In 2021 I specialised as a Stress Coach after becoming a certified ICI Life Coach in Copenhagen in 2020. This expertise, together with the experience from 28 years living abroad, equips me with skills and insight to coach expats and their families to successfully settle in Denmark, or prepare families in their international move.After leaving Denmark in 1991 where I worked in the IT industry, I moved internationally nine times and learned the local languages. With this experience both nationally and internationally I know first-hand how important preparation is to fully benefit and fulfil your goals.Drawing on this experience combined with my education, I wish to offer my services to coach internationals for an exciting stay in Denmark or help internationals to prepare for a move abroad.
