The selected candidate will report to the Deputy Chief of Addiction Services and is responsible for ensuring that comprehensive patient care services are provided by each clinic and supports the integrity of the Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS) – Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH). They will also provide consultative services to other state and private agencies as well as referring clients/patients to appropriate social service agencies. Candidate will demonstrate directly manages site managers within each clinic, provides day to day management and oversight for daily operations, allocates respective clinic budgets to cover required resources for each facility, addresses client complaints, coordinates emergency or high priority cases – providing guidance to respective staff members, and routinely monitors the functionality of each respective clinic.
