Performs various projected related activities in support of the Mobility and Benefits Tax Group per Global Tax and Trade. Responsible for business relationship support with our business partners/vendors/contactors serving our inpatriate demographic globally. Productively providing database management support from our Global Mobility Tool and other processes. Required to be organized, efficient, and communicating directly with each assignee and our business partners on data collection and preparation regarding tax related matters. Expected to collect and handle high volume of confidential tax related data and deliver to our contractors for tax preparation in a secured and time sensitive fashion.Administrating and coordinating with the Senior Tax Analyst on handling tax notice issues on behalf of our inpatriate and expatriate population. This may include, but not limited to, assisting in written communication with the federal and state tax authorities. Responding to tax notices on collections, refunds, tax returns, and or providing documentation for general requests on a timely basis. Processing check request payments on balance dues for global population from Intel Corporation to the tax authorities.
