Track Academy is an education, mentoring and sports charity programme based in the heart of Brent. We deliver athletics training, organise bi-annual invitational athletics championship events, discovery classes, life skills workshops and educational field trips for children and young adults aged 5 - 21 years old.

As a Housing Support Officer for the Housing Needs Department, I am responsible for providing short term intervention support to residence of the borough, ensuring those who are at risk of losing their tenancy with complex needs are fully supported and guided to resolving their housing issues.

Direct management, supervision duties for a team of eight staff members, sales training, promote and advertising all aspect of the health club, generating new leads and income generation.

Assisted the Sales and Marketing Manager within the Halls for Hire Services, coordinate function rooms to accommodate business meetings, weddings, birthday parties, live performance events and exercise classes. Provide sales, reception and administration support. Prepared quotations, contracts, invoices, conducted tours for prospective customers, coordinate techinal equipment & room specification, maintained public advertising notice boards and created the 'What' s On' publication phamlets for the Centre.
