My experience as a senior strategic business and client leader, collaborator and innovative thinker has included leading and growing highly motivated and diverse teams and organizations across numerous industries (Professional Services, Pharma, Hospitality, Telecom, Public Sector, Financial) and numerous enterprise organizations (Technology, Cyber Security, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and Contracts). This wealth of experience enables me to effectively connect creative energy and great ideas in order to produce results that have an impact. In addition to deep client delivery experience, I have 5 years of experience leading enterprise application operations teams which gives me a valuable well-rounded perspective that enhances my ability to connect with customers, colleagues and guide transformations.I am a certified Forrester Customer Experience (FCX-I) professional, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Project Management Professional (PMP) that drives value creation via cultural awareness, human centered design, an Agile mindset, process re-engineering and system implementation including but not limited to Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors (SF), Yello Recruiting and custom applications.Through my collaborative leadership style, I foster a sense of trust and camaraderie at all levels of the organization from C-Suite to coder and inspire my colleagues and clients to work together to define a shared "greater goal" and support each other in good times as well as in the face of challenges.What drives me is supporting and being connected to people and initiatives that are committed to delivering experiences that matter to businesses, organizations and customers they serve.
