Some conducted projects:- Local, international, European and Global network optimization studies for multiple companies, like a global medical supplies producer, a European paper distributor and the Dutch postal company - Supporting deployment planning during a warehouse transition phase and improving efficiency of production planning schedules at a baby nutrition producer- Supporting a warehouse centralization project for a large company in the food industry, including a footprint analysis, RFQ development and carrying out a tender.- Building several Business Intelligence dashboards for management and analysis purposes- Development of a customized tool for operational and tactical waste control based on an advanced mathematical model

Operational research (OR) is the discipline of applying appropriate analytical methods to help make better decisions. NGB is the Dutch OR Society and aims at bringing together OR scientists and OR practitioners in the Netherlands.
