I have a background in executive leadership within global organisations, which evolved into management consulting where I specialise in my favourite topics, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). I am passionate about making people feel heard, valued and included, creating the opportunity for every person to bring their best selves to work.As a consultant I offer training services and help design and implement systemic organisational changes to people-related policies, practices and processes. In 2017 I wanted to do something bigger, something good, and something to empower workplaces to mitigate the often-invisible biases in the recruitment process. In my own time, with my own resources I researched, designed, and built a tech tool, which I named RemiPeople (name after my two children!), to scale and transform recruitment fairness.Highly developed business acumen and experience has enhanced my ability to partner with senior executives, business process owners, and community stakeholders to build innovative, sustainable DEI practices for the workplace.
