Revamped the internal accounting structure to better align with reporting requirements and improve month-end close efficiencies. - Improved audit report comments to fully clean report with minimal notes within 3 fiscal years - Provides executive level support to CEO and international Board of Directors, as well as managing key logistics for events and travel- Maintains accuracy and completeness of CRM databases and verifies systems used (QuickBooks and Salesforce) are up to date with the same information, and ensure all other financial grant systems and giving platforms are monitored and accounted for- Works to improve the functionalities of all systems and processes in place to better the overall operational flow and efficiency in a small team- Support network staff with inquiries, sharing resources, cohort calls, maintaining collaboration spaces and website support, and acts as information hub and client support contact- Through the newest initiative of Reimagine Giving, we work to mobilize philanthropists around the globe to fund movements for racial, social and economic justice systemic change in the way that movements need.
