• Supervise the day-to-day digital organization and operations of on-model product, e-mail, and lookbook photo shoots.• Maintain and support the organization of the digital asset lifecycle to ensure the long-term availability and integrity of the assets for future use or reference.• Develop and apply asset organization, file system, retention, and naming convention requirements throughout the Photo Studio department.• Collaborate with the Studio Art Director and Studio Stylist to establish and maintain documentation for photo and lighting set-up practices for each specific GUESS brand.• Work collaboratively with interdepartmental team members, to ensure assets are shot, retouched and then delivered to appropriate parties within requested timelines.• Manage the workflow and delegate daily tasks to the Studio Assistant.• Prioritize and supervise the progress of all in-house web retouching, sizing and color-correction.• Strategize with the studio manager to delegate retouching projects to off-site freelance staff. • Correspond and coordinate due dates and relay specific retouching notes per retouching project.• Archive vast amount of assets in a centralized location on an ongoing basis to ensure adequate working space is available on the Ecommerce Photos storage drive.

• Oversee the retouching and uploading of approximately 3,500 product images (per month) for all GUESS family brand websites (GUESS, Marciano, G by Guess, Guess Factory, Guess Kids).• During photo shoots, pre-edit images alongside the Studio Art Director. After the shoot, assist the Studio Art Director with final image edits and selections. • Partner with the Studio Art Director and members of the merchandising teams to insure that all brand guidelines are kept up to date and followed throughout the photo shoot and retouching processes.• Communicate daily with members of the merchandising teams to coordinate sample borrowing, track images, and deliver/upload images by requested time-sensitive due dates.

• Assist with all aspects of photo shoots from creating and checking-in work orders, preparation and styling of product, selecting final images, managing image folders, and uploading retouched images to their respected servers/folders. • Interface and coordinate with individuals from GUESS?, G by GUESS, GUESS by Marciano brands, and the Web Photo Studio retouching team to ensure Lookbook images, Shop By Outfit, E-blast, and product images are retouched in accordance with studio turn-around times, brand guidelines, and requested deadlines. • Resolve and troubleshoot internal issues regarding the organization, naming of files, and requests for further retouching and color correction of studio produced images.

• Lead educational tours and hands-on art making programs for family and student audiences. • Assist guest artists in the preparation and execution of Adult Art Workshops and Teen Arts Academies.• Serve as an ambassador of the museum by coordinating with members of museum staff to provide accurate information and assistance to museum visitors.
