Partner and Chief Strategist for The Dragon Group. The Dragon Group (TDG), specializes in building communities through real estate development, program management, sustainable construction, and community engagement.Mrs. Dragon has over 20 years of consulting, program management, strategy and marketing experience. She has worked with major organizations including Georgia Tech, Georgia State University, Small Business Administration, Atlanta Business League, Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber. In her previous life, Yvonne started and ran her own boutique consulting firm focused on startups. Her impactful work led Yvonne to be named one of Atlanta Business League’s Small Business Women of the Year. In 2010, Dragon was appointed by the Atlanta City Council to the Atlanta Commission on Women to lead change related to women’s entrepreneurship. Yvonne participates as an entrepreneurial expert and business coach for local and national events including Atlanta City Council Ceasar Mitchell’s Back to Business event and Black Enterprise’s Annual Small Business Summit.In the span of her career, Yvonne has coached or trained over 300 businesses, including 50 startups and advised over 50 CEOs of small businesses.
