A big part of this role currently is the development and implementation of a new risk framework designed to encourage stakeholder engagement, make risk management a day to day function of decision-makers and capture risk events to enable predictive risk modelling.Other responsibilities include management of the policy review system, ownership of several governance policies, reports to Board, coordination of HBF's Business Resilience program, coordination of internal audit and industry self-audits.
