In 2021, I founded YES Consulting LLC, after 16 years, as Co-founder of Global Learning Alliance, where we custom-developed and delivered leadership programs in Tech (Google, Facebook, Aruba Networks, Linkedin, Twitter, LS&CO, Digikey). It was a renewed interest in helping people, IC to Executives, find meaning, contribution, impact, and ease at work.My passion is to cultivate environments where individuals, teams, and organizations explore, discover, and learn how to lead for the greater good of the business and the work culture. I’m an optimist by nature, who believes in the possibilities of the future and believes in the people who do the work.I strive for trusted partnerships and profound impact with my clients, often lasting several years.My journey started in healthcare and clinical psychology and transformed into an interest in the psychology of people at work.
