My primary focus was to implement and develop an online strategy for Next Generation Recruitment whilst managing offline marketing activities. My range of duties here evolved from website content management, online promotional planning and e-mail marketing to driving online strategy and business development.

Construction and maintenance of the PEL company website and achieved first place ranking on Google through SEO and link management. Heavily involved in the Company rebranding and was responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company brand in all activities. This included organising the Company’s participation in a series of events, driving new product launches to market and delivering marketing collateral to aid the sales teams and distributor network. Coordinated conferences and exhibitions comprising of 4 international shows per year whilst also managing relationships with design, print and promotional companies.

Ensuring the Asgard Restaurant operated efficiently and profitably while maintaining the high standards, reputation and ethos of the premises. In September 2006 The Asgard was awarded the Best Customer Service Award, from the Business Enterprise Board, recognising the standards, service, procedures and team I had in place.
