My job is to make the Australian visa application process easier for clients. I compile their applications after requesting all the neccessary documents from them. I then lodge their application to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia. Applying for a visa can be stressful and time consuming and I'm here to answer any questions and offer advice. I began with the company in a reception and administrative position, responsible for the delegation and performance of administrative duties, I was later promoted to finance assistant and again to the position of migration consultant and given sole responsibility for a large number of clients, I am responsible for visa application administration, including compiling and checking applications to make sure they meet current immigration policy and monitoring them post-lodgement. I handle incoming mail, monitor multiple email inboxes, and communicate regularly with clients, immigration authorities and other parties inside and outside the company.
