I quickly leveled-up through the retail leadership ranks at Limited Brands while earning 6 promotions within a ten-year period.I planned peak-season initiatives such as Holiday and Semi-Annual Sale for over 1,100 Victoria’s Secret stores. I partnered with, informed and influenced key executive leaders to adopt and support lean operational processes for stores.During my career at Victoria's Secret, I was elevated to Regional Director and established the LaSenza lingerie product line in several countries in the Middle East where public female imagery is forbidden.
