Infrastructure Project Management

My responsibilities are those of the general Scrum Master role: Coaching and facilitating Scrum with an agile mindset while removing impediments that the team may encounter. However, I bring more than than that to my Scrum Team. My background as a BI architect helps me pose questions on the strategy for solution delivery and the efficiency of a design that the team is building. I am the Release Train Engineer for my team and have built a strong network to help the team be successful and productive ensuring we meet sprint goals. I also ensure that stakeholders have all the necessary artifacts and insights to the long term planning on features and epics.
