Managing the program for one of TDX Construction's major NYC client the NYC Economic Development Corporation, I am at the helm of a multi-year, multi-million dollar series of projects that will repair and protect four hospitals in New York City damaged during Superstorm Sandy, with the overall program being implemented in phases, presently focusing on the PMP (Priority Mitigation Projects) at these facilities. I have been managing the procurement and construction of approximately twenty-four projects which comprise this PMP Program of publicly visible contracts ongoing simultaneously, as well as coordinating with TDX's project support groups while being the main client contact for all work and responsible for all financial management and successful project completion. My responsibilities include pre-construction, contractor procurement as the CMs for these projects, cost management, monthly reporting with project forecasting and quality control and scheduling.

Management of multiple capital and strategically critical infrastructure projects including procurement, contract negotiations and implementation, and fostering sustainable principles and initiatives as Owner’s Representative for the 2 Million Square Feet Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) of New York’s Real Estate Portfolio as well as Metro North Facilities. Among the infrastructure projects for the MTA's Headquarters is the extensive Floor Mitigation Project Phase 1 and the Architectural and Design procurement of Phase 2, to include an all inclusive floor and wall log barrier system, all mechanical equipment relocation as well as a seismic wall to contain flood waters should another Super Sandy Storm occur.Procurement of Architectural and Design of the new UPS Modules System, and its installation; a new dedicated Condenser Water System for Data Center, which in conjunction with the Single Point of Failure Project correction, will ensure the uninterrupted operation of the critical Data Center equipment as well as to enable its conversion to a Tier 3 status.

Providing oversight with the property manager, Transwestern, for the extensive strategically critical infrastructure and densification projects at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority consisting of 2 Million Square Feet portfolio as well as other locations.

Design & Construction Expert Technical Advisor for the New York Archdiocese - St. Pius X Church large renovation and modernization project. Phase 1 consisting of raising existing laminated wood structural system structure, new roof, windows and stain glass panels; new infrastructure: sprinklers, IT and AV; and the installation of new Altar, Baptistery and elaborate finishes. Phase 2 will consist of new Church Narthex, "Campanile" Tower, Chapel and Memorial Wall, and a complex stormwater management system.

Project management of the multi-million Capital Budget for the Master Plan, design and construction renovation of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel.

Executive Advisor and Mentor. Initiated and taught LEED Green Associate and LEED AP Building Design and Construction. Created and continue to lector a Personal Development/Branding session.

• Intrinsic component of the Integrated Project Delivery team, responsible for overall project budgets, proposals, contract preparation, administration and project close-out. Advised on constructability during design, provided LEED expertise, and led seamless communication with client, design, consultants and construction team. • Initiated and organized a “Lunch and Learn” series in technology, energy conservation and audio-visual solutions to increase professional skills and promote team-building.

Architectural Design and Construction Management of a Private Residence in Westchester County.

• Completed over $150 MM construction projects in the legal and financial sectors, executed all administrative controls and financial reporting, and kept the client informed of all project activities at all times.• Directed all project phases: contract negotiation, selecting a qualified team with the right expertise to support the construction process, ensured project delivery on-time, within budget, and to highest quality standards.• Responsible for administration and construction oversight of projects, performed claims negotiation and resolution, internal evaluation of project cost and schedule.
