Great work is really important to me - everyone should be able to love what they do and have the chance to excel. In my work as a consulting professional, I work with organisations on issues of social importance such as the employment related implications of longevity and achieving total well-being. In practice this means creating employment programmes that enable holistic well-being (physical, mental, financial, social and career well-being). This is achieved through successful and inclusive employee benefits and rewards programmes, developing sustainable models for the flexible new shape of work and pathways for successful transition through life phases. I'm a regular public speaker, author and researcher, applying design thinking to resolving these challenges - all of which I am passionate about. My first book 'The New Rules of Living Longer' was a top 3 bestseller on Amazon.
