Support Analyst
CurrentDay to day duties include:-log, monitor and action manually-created and autogenerated support tickets, using Service Camp-respond to and prioritize incoming support requests received via phone and email, based on level of urgency and location/time zone-provide support to Windows 8-10 users including hardware, software, computer peripherals, printers/scanners, telephones, cellphones-coordinate 3rd party support providers to end users, including logging and follow-up of support requests, ordering consumables-Office 365 Admin and Active Directory maintenance including creation, deletion, and update of accounts and licenses-assist with office moves, equipment and system migrations at locations across Canada
