As part of the Human Resources team, I was the sole recruiter, responsible for the staffing of all 8 of the NVIH locations in the North State. These positions ranged from Health Screener and Receptionist to Medical, Dental and Mental Health licensed professionals. Duties also included participating in all hiring team interviews, working with outside staffing agencies, assisting with on-boarding and developing and documenting processes.

As the in-house recruiter for one of the nation’s largest online fashion boutiques, I managed the recruitment and hiring for all three company locations, carrying an average requisition load of 25. Responsibilities included the sourcing and hiring of staff for our engineering, IT, marketing and product buying teams, as well as heavy seasonal recruiting for our distribution centers in California and Pennsylvania.

In my role here I worked with all levels of the organization strategically staffing the needs at hand which ranged from developer (Ruby, Java, Responsive design), Sales, Customer Success and Support.

Sole recruiter for a company that started as a small SaaS business (Auctiva) with 35 employees and one office and then, after being acquired by Alibaba, became an e-commerce platform when we launched 11 Main. This was a great new opportunity for all involved, including myself. Suddenly I was tasked with staffing up a cool new start-up with offices in both Chico and the Bay Area, that included positions in marketing, merchandising, BI, Visual Design and exciting new technologies such as mobile development, machine learning, Nodejs, and more. Grew company to 200 employees.
