● Designing the proposed project in accordance with the provision of the project and providing possible and feasible technical documentation on general layout, functional arrangement and architectural form of the proposed project.● Being part of procurement phase bidding for selection of qualified equipment/material suppliers, preparation of tender documents for professional, labour and subcontracting units.● Drafting Budget assessment based on project planning and design options, including costs of construction, materials, labour and equipment. Analyzing the cost structure of the project to ensure the reasonableness and feasibility of the project budget and developing a funding plan to track the timely completion of the project.

● Delivering premium customer services and building rapport with customers;● Uniting the staff and adjust their passion and positiveness to achieve the KPI of the season;● Obtaining valuable information in the industry, understanding customers’ needs and preference;● Improving efficiency at work and support other team members;● Coordinating with different departments and other stores, solving problems with objectivity.
