Establishmant of Institution- Efforts of Govermant were found continuously lesser seeing social discrimination for down trodde sectat society. Several youth of likewise thoughts felt requiremat of such organization who way stand and work for social development and removal of backwardness. In few years problems regarding violation of rights and implementation of policies are not in accordonce, were higlighed. For this persons with honesty and dedication were required. In the month of October 2005 several youths of such thoughts tried to organize such organization. Statutory Registration of Institution- Yuva Vikas Samiti was formally registerd on 17 October 2007. At that time participation of women was fixed 33%. Before formal registration of Institution, managemnent executive was constituted and written constitution was framed and then it was got registered under Society Registration Act 21, 1850 with the Registrar Office Gorakhpur. In primary stage achieve to objects and motive of Institution hard struggle was faced. In aforesaid period financial problems always create hurdles in the way of activities to achieve objects and motoes of institution But with efforts of dedicated companions of instititutiion by donations, Collections and other helping Institutions the task mooved ahead. Seeing impartial and interest free work first of all UPAVAN institution of Lucknow Provided financial assistance in standup enent. After ward Lok Mitra Raibarely, Raja Ram Mohan Rai Pustakalya Pratisthan Kolkatta, Pustakaly Prakosth U.P. Govt., Mamta New Delhi, Oxfam Lucknow provided their directly or indirectly financial assistance, resulting which the institution could be able to conduct its activities properly.
