NVis (new visa information system) includes an application that allows worldwide to request a visa for the Netherlands and other "Schengen"​ countries. Ywe was responsible for the coordination of the test team and alongside the test manager responsible for creating and executing the test plans. The testteam existed of 8 testers. Ywe's tasks included daily coordination of the testing process and the execution of it. Working with the team on creation of test automation framework.When leaving the project he received the gratitude of the client as well as the Project lead for positive work ethics and results.

During the period May through September Delta LLoyd Group switched to IP-Phones (internet telephony). In this project I was responsible for the coordination tasks after the 2nd user acceptance test. After this period there was an aftercare phase for the location Amsterdam set. I had the role of functional administrator here because of my knowledge of the system and my good knowledge of the business. I was responsible for resolving incidents and for communicating with users. All incidents were resolved and there is a manageable environment for the functional management team.

During this period Canon was working on Automating their test suite. During the period of 2 months I assisted in finalising the test suite in HP QTP.After finishing Canon One went live and the test suite was finished on time.
