I am the Assistant Vice-President in Technology Group for GIC Pte Ltd, a Senior IT Analyst focusing on operational excellence in the equities trading space covering front to back office operations. In this role, I work with a team to ensure smoothness of trading system, enhance functionality to support new business cases and introduce new capabilities to improve efficiency. Before joining GIC Pte Ltd, I worked with an IT company, Hewlett-Packard as a software engineer supporting government IT applications and building rapport with various stakeholders. I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to learn new things. While I enjoy all aspect of my work, my favourite is to work with the business units to understand their business objectives and go through the collaborative process to see how trading technology help to serve the business needs. I have a Master of Information Technology in Business specializing in Finance services and branching into Data Analytics from Singapore Management University.
