Collect and analysis their request so as to improve their data submission timely and accurately. Host Customer Advisory Training (CAT) meeting by monthly to build trust and communication with my Customer. 7,Handle ad hocHR PROJECT RELATIVE 1,Singapore Payroll Project - Key MemberSingapore payroll management move from local to China. As system support member join this project. Track data accuracy with local HR and payroll vendor. Testing relative CR (Means change request, CR which means new function in system specific for this project )in PEOPLE SOFT. Check issue with HRIT and follow up .2,Hong Kong & Macau Implement Project - Key Member This is the 360 degree project. I support two part for this project. One is employee Contact role for HK & MAC employee. Provide some HR relative question solution which are regarding policy or HR system user guide. The other is HR system administrator role.
