- Deliver day to day implementation requests of Trading Partner and map configurations into the GXSManaged Services systems.- Design, develop, test, debug and support PERL/UNIX shell scripts used in integrating maps and/orTrading Partners into the Managed Services solutions.- Coach and Mentor fellow Integrators on Managed Services best practices and technical efficiencies.- Analyze nonstandard and/or large implementation jobs and provide technical feasibility feedback andeffort estimates.- Participate and lead Integration support tasks during Client Acceptance Testing activities.- Provides 3rd level support to Managed Services map and Trading Partner/Client integration issues.- Coordinates with the analysis and development teams to guarantee that the setup and configurations inPre-production and Production are aligned to the requirements of client (environment architecturaldesign versus map design).- Interacts with clients, trading partners, project/delivery managers and technical application teams bothinternal and external to define project specifications, time-lines and deliverables as needed.
