Hello! My name is Rainbow Yang, and I am a second-year student in the Graphic Communications program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). My desire to pursue a career in the graphic communications industry began in high school yearbook class, and continued when I managed social media for multiple school clubs. Within my first semester in the program at BCIT, I received an entrance award by The Great Little Box Company, and a scholarship from Canadian Print Scholarships. Based on my accumulated knowledge and experiences so far, I have developed a keen interest in bindery operations and the strategic aspects of print marketing. If granted the opportunity, I aspire to contribute my skills and expertise in roles pertaining to bindery and print marketing within a professional setting.Additionally, I am also a Dance Instructor at Mamakeish Kpop Academy where I have taught kids and teens ages 5-14 K-pop dance for over two years now. I am passionate about everything dance, but building dance foundation and providing an enjoyable experience for young learners is my priority.
