OTA 3G/2G - Core Network Projects

Manage all the assigned company’s projects from kickoff meeting to delivery and acceptance. Responsible for assigning overall duties for subordinate employees and held accountable for directing the subordinates to undertake specific tasks. In charge for the communication with the clients, make all the project plans, risk analysis, communication plan, scheduling and human resource plan, set the project budget, and during the execution in charge for monitoring and controlling the projects, reporting to the superiors and to the clients. Sometimes move to other countries for short period in NWA region to recruit or support the local project managers, then give remote support and participate weekly in the confcalls, if needed.

Responsible for the supervision of the hardware installation teams, Commissioning of the equipments, make the cutover of the equipment and put it on air, make some upgrades to the system when necessary.
