Conduct Internal Quality Audits, External Quality Audits, and/or surveillance, as applicable, on the different facets of AirSWIFT operations in compliance with the applicable aviation regulatory standards and recommended practices, national and local government laws, industry best practices, and company policies and procedures. To determine the continued effectiveness and suitability of AirSWIFT’s Quality Management System.• • Prepare and monitor yearly audit plan (Internal Quality Audit, Maintenance Provider Audit, Ground handler or Service Provider Audit) ensuring that audits are conducted on the planned month.• Inform Manager-QA of the audit revisions for the schedules.• Monitors the Internal Audit Monitoring database and ensures that all the information is complete.• Report Flight Safety Service Difficulty Report• Coordinator/point of contact for IOSA Certification audit project• Create an audit checklist for the ground operation audit.• Conduct IOSA audits for MNT, GRH, CGO, and SEC disciplines• Conduct audits (Airport Operation, Cargo Operations, Approved Maintenance Organization, Line Maintenance, Service Provider, Ground handlers, Fuel Into-plane, Vendor) within AirSWIFT’s policies and procedures, Aviation Authority requirements, and Industry Standards.• Review the performance of the service provider during the audit per SGHA, SLA, or company policies and procedures and industry standards (IOSA, JIG, etc.).• Create a report of the evaluated audit area• Review the root cause, corrective action, and preventive action of the finding and ensure that evaluated in the given timeframe. • Initiate audit follow-ups until conformance is achieved and audit closure.• Revise quality manual process, improve quality assurance forms, and quality notices• Evaluate the application of the certifying personnel for the issuance of the authorization for the qualified staff.• Manual revision and alignment with regulatory bodies and standards.

 Assists Air France and KLM European and North American clients in providing flight quotations and other flight concerns via phone.  Processes change of reservations when flight itineraries or original schedules are amended.  Issuance of tickets for various booking requests through the Amadeus reservation system.  Assists passengers regarding baggage computation, seat upgrade, and other ticket-related matters.

Evaluate, audit, and assess Philippine Airlines’ engineering department, maintenance providers, and internal & external operations in domestic and international stations while ensuring to meet the aviation regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures. Audit, evaluate, and assess the capability of the Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) or Contracted Service Providers to handle aircraft and engines in compliance to the Aviation Authority regulations and conformance to the acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedure. Audit and review accomplished aircraft work packages, documents during or post heavy maintenance visit. Audit the compliance of the domestic and foreign maintenance service providers in accordance with company policies and procedures, aviation authority requirements, and standard operating procedures. Perform aircraft interior and exterior inspection in accordance with OEM manual and company standards. Identify the contributing risk factors on audit non-conformance and guide how to make resolutions through RCA, CAPA, 5 why’s, etc. Conduct inspection and document review of test frequency on equipment such as vehicles used in Into-Plane operations, de-icing/anti-icing operation, and line maintenance. Monitor and evaluate responses of the auditee and contact respondents if needed for resolution of the identified non-conformance in accordance with the agreed corrective action and preventive action (CAPA). Identify training (initial and recurrent) needs to be based on the personnel training manual, company policy, and regulatory requirements. Prepare Quality Assurance audit evaluation and recommendation reports. Supports the manager in the preparation and planning of yearly audit plans and activities.

Perform the required aircraft engine maintenance and repair schemes for seven years. Performs the required inspection and repair schemes on the engines in accordance with the airlines’ requirement, approved manual, etc. Carry-out engine assembly and disassembly of quick engine change (QEC) components and accessories in accordance with ESM, Customers Publication or OEM in order to transform the engine into a serviceable or bare configuration. Performs engine-related maintenance work, AOG, on-wing repair of engine assemblies to correct non-routine discrepancies found during aircraft maintenance check. Efficiently resolve non-routine maintenance at domestic and international stations.
