CurrentDeveloped a schematic for the display module of a water purifier device based on the ABOV MCU, featuring 40 LEDs and 10 touch keys.Designed a single-layer PCB for the main board of the same water purifier product. The PCB outputs 3 voltage levels (5V, 12V, 24V) and incorporates Renesas MCU and 8 sensors.Engineered a cost-effective 2-layer PCB for the display board of a refrigerator, ensuring compliance with the IEC standards (EMC/EMS test : EFT, SURGE, DIP, IMPULSE, ESD). Examined alternative switching ICs (efficiency greater than 80%) for power supplies of home appliances, evaluating price, manufacturing quality, and power capabilities. This reduced the total price of the design.Instructed 2 technical courses for 30 engineers in the R&D department covering topics such as PCB reference layer design, transient voltage immunity and reliability of solid-state devices, HyperLynx, and CST.Extracted necessary PCB component standards for exporting products to other countries.
