Customer Relationship Management Analyst
Current•Analyze and interpret customer data from various sources, including CRM systems, salesdatabases, customer feedback, and other relevant channels.• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to identify key customer segments,demographics, behaviors, and trends.• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop and implementtargeted marketing campaigns and communications strategies based on customer insights.• Monitor and track the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, using KPIs and metrics tomeasure success and identify areas for improvement.• Design and implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize customer communications andmarketing initiatives.• Create regular reports and presentations to share insights, trends, and recommendations withthe sales team, internal stakeholders and management.• Assist with the selection, integration, and management of CRM tools and systems.• Develop and maintain data hygiene best practices, ensuring the accuracy and completeness ofcustomer data.
