I maintained accountability, mentored and instructed recruits in core values, general military subjects, marksmanship, basic individual skills, drill and small unit leadership. Effectively assisted with the preparations and execution of 12 Presidential lifts in support of the President of the United States and 8 lifts in support of the Vice-President of the United States. As a VH3D Plane Captain, was responsible for aircraft daily and turnaround inspections, aircraft fuel and fluid servicing, turn up and shut down, towing and all required ground handling tasks. As a VH3D Collateral Duty Inspector, was responsible for supervising proper maintenance and safety procedures in the course of any aircraft maintenance. Verified accuracy of all major repair work while ensuring the safety of the workers. Supervised over 200 maintenance actions and supervised a total of over 1500 maintenance man hours. Supported more than 17 Presidential Support trips to include the accountability, transportation of squadron assets and personnel to trip locations in direct support of the President of the United States with zero mishaps. As a work center supervisor, assigned daily flights and managed the tasking of over 40 Marines to ensure maintenance tasks were done safely and in a timely manner in accordance with the Technical Publications.

Effectively performed inspections and maintenance duties on various systems of the aircraft including the fuel, flight, rotor, utility, and power plant systems. Responsible for the removal and installation of equipment, components and parts as required. As a CH53E Collateral Duty Inspector, was responsible for supervising proper maintenance and safety procedures in the course of any aircraft maintenance. Verified accuracy of all major repair work while ensuring the safety of the workers. Supervised over 200 maintenance actions and supervised a total of over 3000 maintenance man hours. As a work center supervisor, assigned daily flights and managed the tasking of over 20 Marines to ensure maintenance tasks were done safely and in a timely manner in accordance with the Technical Publications.
