Pardis provides information and communication technology services in IT-related fields like Datacenters, networks, and security. I have joined the company as a senior quality management system engineer to lead the quality management system team and report directly to the CEO. I am responsible for designing and tailoring organizational processes, implementing and maintaining international standards like ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO10002, ISO10004, and 5S, Developing regulations, executive methods, instructions, and organizational forms, cooperation with the programming team for the mechanized implementation of corporate processes. In this regard, I recommend corrective and preventative actions for continuous improvement. I try to analyze data with Microsoft Excel and provide valued reports and dashboards for the senior management. After six months of entering the company, I started planning and controlling organizational projects, creating schedules, project control reports, and I was the PMO leader of the most important project of Pardis. Besides, I covered the organization's customer CRM accountability to provide the analysis of surveys, complaints, and customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction. Moreover, my team and I had coordinated and facilitated many certifications for the company like ISO and 5S and regulatory approval licenses.

I have entered Dotin as a quality management system expert. My mission was designing and tailoring organizational processes using international standards, models, and best practices like ITIL, EFQM, ISO9001, ISO27001, APQC, etc. We had provided the whole organization process map and related flowcharts. Besides, I was the process engineer of the analysis team for collaboration with the programming team for the mechanized implementation of main processes. We also had the responsibility of Developing regulations, executive methods, instructions, organizational forms, auditing the whole organization according to ISO Standards, and developing the analytical reports and dashboards. In this regard, we recommended corrective and preventative actions for continuous improvement.

I started my first career at Saman electronic payment (SEP) as a system and quality expert right after my graduation within bachelor's degree. I started learning to develop organizational processes, procedures, instructions, and forms with great team partners and managers. As I entered the company, my team was preparing the organization for the EFQM assessment audit. I cooperated in the implementing process and tried to be an expert in the excellence model. Also, My other tasks were developing process indicators (KPIs), measuring and implementing analytical reports, auditing departments according to ISO 9001 standards and EFQM organizational excellence model, and providing analytical reports of process monitoring. After a while, another duty was added to my mission to manage the Operating Portal of the organization (In Sharepoint), being the administrator of lists, access controls, and designing forms and, developing processes using Nintex Workflow.
