First port of call for all new and existing clients, and providing efficient and varying support for the directors and their associated technical teams.Setting up all new work that comes into the business, liaising with the clients and ensuring this is handed over to the relevant team smoothly.Provide an initial support line for all client communication, fielding calls by answering basic questions to do with the company and our services.Set-up and establish office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.Coordinate with IT department on all office repairs/equipmentLiaise with Directors and Senior staff, adapting to fit the needs of the company at any given time. Supporting all sectors of the business to ensure all resources are utilised effectively and assisting with time management of individual staff.Assist the Office Manager in organising and managing the client accounts, ensuring it is up to date at all times. Organise and encourage staff social's and team building within the company to keep the team morale high at all times. Establish an understanding of HR and it's role in the company and provide basic level support to the team in this capacity and support the office manager with developing this sector.
