My experience as a teaching assistant has allowed me to develop skills in curriculum design, classroom management, student assessment, and special educational needs (SEN). My role at Nova Education Trust is to support the delivery of high-quality education to secondary students across a variety of subject areas. It is my passion to assist students in achieving their academic and personal goals, and I collaborate with other school staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. As part of my professional development and training program, I continue to acquire new skills and knowledge. In the future, I hope to become a deputy SENCO, and I am seeking opportunities to further my education and professional development. Currently, I am responsible for reviewing and implementing individual healthcare plans within the school. Working in conjunction with medical professionals. The support of students with special educational needs and medical needs is my passion.
