I guided 67 first-year FTI ITB students in a team for a large-scale Engineering Drawing Practicum project, collaborating with 6 assistants. This experience followed my successful collaboration with 49 assistants in developing and assisting 480 students with the same practicum. My leadership and support resulted in a high 93% satisfaction rate from the students involved in the large-scale project.
