As a core member of this non profit's volunteer staff from the inceptive stages of its foundation, I worked closely with the Executive Director to implement peer-to-peer, business-to-business, and community-focused strategies in an effort to build social equity, engage fundraising opportunities, build brand recognition, and optimize our constituent representation. Additionally, I worked closely with the Marketing team to generate data reports, build SEO feedback, organize and promote local and regional events, and create concrete processes for future Marketing personnel. I was responsible for writing copy for internship positions and hosting interviews for candidates as they applied. Furthermore, I worked with the Executive Director to shape a Membership Model by which fiscal viability could be assessed and implemented. I was also part of the team that was responsible for generating, editing, posting, and promoting our online content through website creation and blogging.

At The WarBing Collective, we sought to foster and cultivate a community of self-expression and collaboration. We were founded in February of 2012, when our Founder and my close friend, Brett Warden, brought the idea to my attention. Since then, we both managed different portions of the growth that The Collective has seen; as the Director of Operations, I dealt with content submission, content creation, partnerships, press relations, executive development, financial planning, and the acquisition of independent investments and/or donations. Due to lack of financial capital, we were forced to close the project indefinitely in July of 2013. It has been my goal ever since to revitalize the objectives and goals of that Collective, in my own personal non-profit business venture.
