Disseminate information regarding the Society of Student-Run Free Clinics Inter-Clinic Research Grant, including application information and project proposal preparation.

Review manuscripts for syntax, grammar, clarity, and content. Maintain communication with corresponding authors to prepare select submissions for publication.

Maintain inventory of Pyxis MedStations on assigned patient floors; assist with preparing, filling, and dispensing medication orders; efficiently use Epic to resolve provider medication order inquiries; maintain inventory of vaccines available at each clinic; adequately answer patient and provider concerns regarding vaccine information; accurately and efficiently prepare vaccine doses.

Process prescriptions and resolve third-party rejections; screen patients and administer applicable immunizations; counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications under pharmacist supervision; and resolve customer complaints and recommend applicable solutions.

Process printed medication orders and stock ADS on each floor; refill ambulance and code cart trays; assist the pharmacist with dispensing medication during patient codes; monitor par levels, reorder, and restock medications.

Processes IV medication orders and dispenses medications for intensive care units, operating room, and emergency department. Assists pharmacists by anticipating and prioritizing the workload accurately and efficiently. Precepts new and existing staff members. Prioritizes STAT/ASAP and routine orders for timely delivery and administration. Utilizes inventory control and stock rotation to minimize waste. Demonstrates optimal time management through project completion and anticipation of daily workflow. Takes initiative to identify issues and work towards resolution with team leaders for greatest efficiency and patient safety. Maintains Pyxis proficiency for refilling and drawer recovery. Uses available technology, including ivSOFT and Baxa Repeater Pump.

Receive and fill prescriptions, manage medication inventory through stock rotation and replenishment, maintain patient profiles, resolve insurance adjudication issues, train new pharmacy technician employees, create agenda for Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee meetings, and revise pharmacy operating manual.

Supervise and monitor safety of children, prepare and organize mealtimes and snacks for children ages 0-7, coordinate lessons and activities.
