As an Assistant Project Manager, I assist the Project Management team in all tasks needed to complete Civil Site Work projects, from pre-construction to finalization. This includes managing contract documents, construction drawings, and scheduling. I also help coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, and vendors to ensure everybody is on the same page and working towards a common goal of completing projects as efficiently and safely as possible.

As an intern, I assisted both the Project Management and Estimating departments. While working with the Estimating team, I helped prepare bid packages, performed quantity takeoffs for storm drainage, water, and sewer utilities, reached out to subcontractors and vendors for pricing, and assisted in generating models to be used for calculating quantities/pricing. Working with the Project Management team, I assisted in preparing contract documents during the pre-construction phase, created project schedules, and coordinated with superintendents to come up with a plan to carry out tasks as efficiently as possible. I also helped manage day to day tasks needed to keep jobs operating smoothly.
